Today we are going to do some good abdominal exercises again.
The second exercise is heavy, so if you can manage one, that's good. Then you can put your legs on the floor between each time before lifting them as high as you can, regardless of whether it's barely off the floor.
You will quickly get stronger in this exercise!
If you have already done this a lot, then you can challenge yourself a little extra by lifting your feet all the way up to the height of your hands, and then holding them on the way down. Hard and fun!
Repeat 2-3 series, preferably 4 as well. Or possibly increase to 12-15 pieces per round.
