Hello everyone, it was so incredibly nice that so many people did the exercises on day 1.

Day 2: Core muscles

I hold for about 30 seconds on each exercise, but you are welcome to hold both longer and shorter than that.
I show one round, then you continue with one or two more rounds.
You can, of course, take a break between each of the exercises as well, if you think it's better.
