The important thing for me in my job as a dietitian is that you get all the nutrients your body needs in the work towards your goal. Regardless of whether you want to lose weight, gain weight, have allergies or just want a healthier diet.

I set up a diet with as little added sugar, yeast and additives as possible, with simple healthy recipes for the whole family. I also have experience with diet for those who cannot tolerate all foods. All my diet plans contain regular food and no powders or other substitutes for food, unless there is a special need for it. I believe it is more important to set up the right amount, variety, and the right distribution of carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins and minerals.

We can do so much ourselves with a healthy diet and exercise to prevent cancer, type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, osteoporosis, depression etc.
We all want a healthy and fit body with surplus, and then it is so important that we really take care of our own health.

It can be difficult at the start, but it is absolutely worth it when you feel the feeling of surplus, joy and energy 🙂

The diet plan can be set up in different ways depending on what you want:

- Diet plan over 8 weeks sent by email.
Price NOK 500,-

- Diet plan with guidance/follow-up over 8 weeks via email.
Price NOK 1200,-

- Diet plan over 8 weeks with personal follow-up:
Personal guidance and follow-up 4×45 min.
Measurement of fat percentage, muscle mass, biological age, etc.
Price NOK 1,900 NOK

I set up a full-fledged diet as recommended by the Norwegian Directorate of Health.
