Today we will train fitness, and some strength on the chest and triceps.
I had the training outside today, but if you don't have the opportunity to do that, you can jump over the ground and rather use something to walk/jump up on, or possibly a staircase if you have one at home.
I ran up the hill and did 5 jumps onto the bench on each leg.
I repeated this 3 times before doing the strength exercises. After that, you continue with the same intervals until 15 minutes have passed, which means that you can do it about 5 times.
