This smoothie is so incredibly good and fresh that you should probably make at least a double portion.

For 2 large glasses you need:

4 dl frozen strawberries
4 dl yogurt
2 tablespoons of honey
1 handful fresh mint

Mix everything well in a blender, enjoy immediately!

Did you know that in addition to vitamin C, strawberries also contain important substances such as folate, iron, potassium and calcium.
