Heavenly good casserole that is guaranteed to become a favourite, at least it has become so at my house!
It could hardly be simpler, not least because it contains a lot of important nutrients.
Ingredients
(4 servings)
400 g salmon fillet
1/2 onion, finely chopped
Juice and finely grated zest of 1 lime
1 red chili
1 tablespoon of butter
3 dl water
2 dl matyogurt or
1 5 cherry tomatoes, split in half
Salt/pepper
1 tablespoon cornstarch for smoothing
Saute onion and chilli in a pan with a little butter (oil).
Add water and lime, boil and stir in matyogurt smoothed with cornstarch.
Stir in the fish and tomatoes, let the pot soak for about 7 minutes.
Season to taste.
The stew is served with boiled potatoes.
