Ingredients:
(1 long pan)

4 cups oatmeal, large 1 cup sunflower seeds 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds 1/2 cup sesame seeds 1/2 cup flaxseed 1/2 cup coarsely chopped almonds 2 tablespoons honey 1 handful of walnut kernels Mix it all and transfer it to a long pan. Add the honey and bake the mixture for about 10 minutes at 200 degrees. Take the mixture out of the oven and crush the walnut kernels over it. Here you can also have everything you want from dried berries and other nuts. I often have coconut flakes, goji berries, cranberries and raisins in addition. Enjoy with a good homemade yoghurt drink. Here I only use a natural yogurt, add desired berries, and run in the blender for a few seconds. Once you've tasted this, you'll never buy ready-made cereal again :-)
