Yum, this dish is just absolutely delicious and it's also healthy👌
It fits perfectly both as breakfast, snack or dessert 😍

Chia pudding:
6 tbsp chia seeds
3 dl oat milk or
1/2 teaspoon vanilla sugar

Mix the ingredients and leave to cool for at least two hours.

Mango puree: 🥭
100 g frozen mango
1 tablespoon orange juice

Strawberry puree: 🍓
100 g frozen strawberries
1 tablespoon orange juice

Put the mango and orange juice in a bowl and mix with an immersion blender.
Do the same with the strawberries.
Put the strawberry and mango puree over the chia pudding when it has set.
Decorate the whole thing with e.g. coconut flakes, fresh berries, granola or anything else to taste.
