Exercising your abs is so much fun, and there are countless exercises you can choose from. Feel free to try a variation to your usual abdominal exercises so you can use the muscles in different ways, it's only good for the body.
This is a good variation that you really get to work with all of your core muscles 😀

10-15 reps x 2-3 sets or as many as you can manage.
You will notice rapid progress on heavy exercises, so don't give up if you think the exercises are heavy or difficult.
Adjust to your form, the exercises can be made both heavier and lighter.
