This pie is super healthy and incredibly good, perfect for dessert or a snack 😋

For 2 people you need:

1 bag frozen blueberries
1 dl oatmeal

Place oatmeal so that it barely covers a small ovenproof dish.
Sprinkle over frozen blueberries and mix this together.
Put in the oven at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

If you wish, you can sprinkle a little cinnamon on top.
Place in suitable bowls and serve with coconut yoghurt with vanilla, or your desired yoghurt.
It tastes even better with custard, but if you want a healthier version, use yoghurt, preferably natural too.
If you want a slightly sweeter version, you can add a little honey.

You can also replace the blueberries with raspberries, apples or strawberries for variety.
