These biscuits are simply delicious, healthy and not least perfect for travelling.

About 15 pcs

1 tin of chickpeas
3 tablespoons peanut butter
5 tablespoons of maple syrup
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
2 tablespoons oat flour
Mix all the ingredients with an immersion blender until there are no lumps.

50 g peanuts
50 g chopped dark chocolate
Mix in the chocolate and peanuts at the end.

Form the biscuits with a spoon and your hand. Place them on a baking tray.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.

Cool and enjoy!

Peanuts are a legume that contains a lot of fiber, protein, healthy fatty acids and, among other things, vitamin E.
The dry brown skin around the peanut is good for you as it contains phenols which are a type of antioxidant.

Chickpeas are a small health bomb and contain many important nutrients such as folate, phosphorus, iron and magnesium.
Chickpeas are also cholesterol-lowering.
