Ingredients:

700 g sei fillet 1 leek 1 carrot 1/2 squash 1 onion 0.5 paprika 800 g tinned tomatoes 10 olives Oil Salt and pepperCut the vegetables into pieces and fry them in a little oil in a saucepan for 2 minutes. Pour in canned tomatoes and cook until thickened, about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Place the fish pieces over the vegetables and put the lid on. Let it boil for about 10 minutes. Add the olives towards the end of the cooking time.Served with wholemeal pasta and a sprinkling of fresh basil.
