1 ripe banana 1 dl oatmeal 1 egg 1/2 teaspoon cardamom Mash the banana with a fork and mix in the oatmeal and egg. Add spices or other ingredients such as cinnamon, lime juice, lime zest, blueberries or coconut for variety. Fry for about 2-3 minutes on each side on medium heat.
