These have become my new favorite rolls 😍 They are so easy to make, so incredibly good and also keep very well 👌
I can hardly praise these enough, so they just have to be tried!

For six rolls you need:

4 dl oatmeal
2 dl yogurt or kefir
2 eggs
2 teaspoons bakingpowder
1/2 tsp salt

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and let the dough swell for ten minutes.
Using a spoon, spread six rolls on a baking tray.
Bake for 15 minutes at 250 degrees.
Then all you have to do is nyyyyte! 😍
