These are perfect for trips, add lots of good nutrients and keep you full for a long time.

Ingredients:

150 g oatmeal
250 g almonds, coarsely chopped
100 g cooking chocolate, coarsely chopped
50 g sunflower seeds
50 g linseed
50 g pumpkin seeds
50 g coconut flakes, chopped
40 g cranberries, dried
40 g raisins
120 g peanut butter
100 g of honey
1 dl apple juice
1 beaten egg

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.

Coarsely chop almonds and chocolate. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl together with the almonds and chocolate.

Put the peanut butter and honey in a saucepan and heat gently.
Add apple juice and beaten egg.

Mix the peanut mixture into the dry and stir well.
Leave to swell for a few minutes before spreading the mixture into a 20x20 cm baking tin lined with baking paper.
Press the mixture firmly into the form, and cut small slits in the desired size so that it will be easier to divide them after frying.

Bake for about 20 minutes until golden.
Cool in the mold.
