1.5 dl whole wheat 1.5 dl wheat flour or whole wheat (fine) 1 dl oatmeal 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 2 eggs 4 dl milk 2 tablespoons melted butter Cardamom to taste
Mix all the dry ingredients. Add milk and stir until smooth. Then add the eggs and stir further. Melted butter is stirred in at the end. Let the waffle batter swell for about 30 minutes. Fry in a hot waffle iron until they get a golden colour. Enjoy with blueberries, strawberries or other berries.
