Yum! These are just so good to take with you on a trip.
You can either prepare them before you leave, or pour the mixture into a bottle and fry them on a pan on the fire or primus, and they will be completely fresh and hot.

Ingredients:

70 g kesam or yoghurt
1 egg
50 g oat flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 teaspoon of sugar
A handful of spinach
Cardamom and cinnamon to taste

Mix all the ingredients and fry until golden.
