Nyyyydelig rett og slett – Smaksrik og spennende rett hvor du i tillegg får i deg massevis av gode næringsstoffer 🤩😍

Når den i tillegg er satt sammen av den flinkeste kokken jeg vet om så må det jo bli godt 👌😊

Ingredients for 2 people:

150-200 g scampi fully cooked
2 diced carrots
Sun-dried tomato to taste
1/2 broccoli
1/2 chilli
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 bell pepper
1 teaspoon minced ginger (can be omitted)
2 spring onions
Fennel if desired
1 dl cream

Risotto with tomato and basil, but you can use regular rice instead.
Scampi can be replaced with chicken if desired.

Saute garlic, chilli, ginger and spring onion in butter and oil for 1-2 minutes.
Add the rest of the vegetables and fry this for about 5 minutes.
Put in the cooked scampi and season with salt and pepper to your liking.
Add cream and simmer for 3-4 minutes until the scampi is hot.

Serveres med risotto eller ris og nytes! 😋🍽
