Today we will do something as important as mobility training.

Many of us get away with this, but you should definitely make time for this. You can do it in the morning, as a warm-up before strength training, or in the evening before going to bed.
If you do it in the evening, you can turn off the lights and put on some quiet music. It works wonders on a stressed head that struggles to fall asleep.

Remember to take time to recover and relax a little in your everyday life.
Do things you like and enjoy yourself a little, or really a lot 🙂
