Then it's time to regain some strength in your legs.
We will also work on balance, and with that we will also work on the core muscles.
The exercises are done 10-12 times on each leg x 2-3 rounds.

I want this training to be something that is easy to carry out and thus use as little equipment as possible.
But a small knit is something that you can train very well with, so I hope you can get hold of something similar to the one in the picture below.
It can be bought in a sports shop and probably elsewhere too.
Or use something you have.
