Happy Sunday 😀 Hope you have had a nice weekend so far.

I think Sunday is a good day for trips, then you can do something pleasant that you like before everyday life starts again.
And what could be better than ending the trip with some strength, and not least stretching a bit.

Today we will train some core muscles and stretch a little at the end.

I take 10 of each x2 in the strength exercises today, and of course you can take as many as you know are good for you. Listen to your body.
