I was lucky enough to get the recipe for these super delicious tahini biscuits. Just make a lot of these and put them in the freezer, if they even get there before you've eaten them.

Ingredients:

100 g soft butter
125 g tahini
80 g coconut sugar
1 egg
130 g spelled flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
1/2 tsp salt
50 g dark chocolate

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
Mix the butter, tahini and coconut sugar together well. I chose to use dark tahini as it is healthier.
Add eggs and all the dry ingredients. Stir until smooth.
Add dark chocolate.

Use a tablespoon to place the dough in bite-sized pieces on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
The recipe makes about 15 biscuits, depending on how big you want them.

Bake in the middle of the oven for about 15 minutes until they turn golden around the edges.

Enjoy!
