You may have eaten grilled salmon with vegetables many times, but the sauce for this dish makes it so heavenly fresh and good.

Ingredienser:

Season the salmon fillet with lemon pepper and salt.
Place the salmon in aluminum foil with a small dab of dairy butter on top.

Potatoes, broccoli, squash, carrot, onion, garlic and other vegetables in the desired quantity are cut and placed in a fireproof form/aluminium foil. Pour over a little oil.
The one with the longest cooking/roasting time is cut into the fewest pieces, so the cooking time is the same.

Sauce:
The juice of 1/2 orange
The juice of 1/2 lemon
Parsley about 1 dl, chopped
1 good tablespoon of maple syrup/honey

Fish and vegetables are grilled at about 225 degrees for about 15 minutes.
Stir during grilling so the vegetables don't burn.
The fish is grilled for about 8-9 minutes.

Then it's just a matter of enjoying an easy and super tasty meal 🙂
